Together, we're committed to Ensuring Healthcare is Always On, for our customers, patients, and communities.</p> <p>About the Job Opportunity</p> <p>We are hiring a Vice President, Ambulatory Sales, a senior revenue leader accountable for scaling a rapidly growing commercial business across the ambulatory care segment. You will shape market strategy, drive new business development, expand key account penetration, and lead a high-performing sales team across Business Development and Account Management. This executive role blends growth strategy, customer impact, operational rigor, and full revenue ownership to accelerate PartsSource's expanding footprint in ambulatory healthcare.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Lead and Scale the Ambulatory Sales Organization</p> <ul> <li>Build and lead a high-performing BD + AM team with clear goals, coaching, and accountability. </li><li>Create sales plans, coverage models, and quota frameworks that support enterprise growth goals. </li><li>Develop leadership bench strength and instill a culture of ownership, performance, and customer value. </li><li>Partner with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product to align resources and drive segment momentum. </li></ul> <p>Drive Strategic Market Expansion</p> <ul> <li>Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the ambulatory care segment across new logos and existing customer expansion. </li><li>Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and ecosystem opportunities that broaden market reach. </li><li>Leverage Market & Product Knowledge, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to refine positioning. </li><li>Represent PartsSource at industry events, conferences, and executive forums. </li></ul> <p>Deliver Revenue, Forecasting Accuracy, and Pipeline Health</p> <ul> <li>Own full-funnel revenue accountability including pipeline generation, forecasting, and attainment. </li><li>Use data to monitor performance, identify risks, and improve conversion across the funnel. </li><li>Ensure rigorous Sales Planning & Pipeline Generation, deal strategy, and forecasting discipline. </li><li>Collaborate with RevOps to optimize CRM use, dashboards, territory design, and sales processes. </li></ul> <p>Strengthen Customer Relationships and Enterprise Partnerships</p> <ul> <li>Accelerate growth in key National Accounts and strategic ambulatory networks. </li><li>Partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver customer value, retention, and long-term adoption. </li><li>Ensure the team builds strong, trust-based relationships through Executive Engagement, Strategic Alignment, and proactive needs assessment. </li><li>Guide enterprise-level negotiations and long-term commercial agreements. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including full lifecycle sales in healthcare, SaaS, med-tech, or health services. </li><li>Demonstrated success owning a regional or national book of business with $20M+ revenue accountability. </li><li>Proven experience leading hybrid BD + AM teams, including coaching, pipeline discipline, and enterprise selling. </li><li>Strong command of value-based selling, contract negotiation, and executive relationship management. </li><li>Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and advanced forecasting/reporting tools. </li><li>Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business training preferred. </li></ul> <p>Who We Want to Meet</p> <ul> <li>Act Like an Owner: You lead with Accountability & Execution, setting high standards, reinforcing clarity, and delivering results that shape enterprise growth. </li><li>Serve with Purpose: You demonstrate Customer Centric leadership, redesigning services and processes around customer value and long-term relationships. </li><li>Adapt to Thrive: You model Learning Agility, anticipating change, engaging stakeholders early, and shaping the organization's response to evolving market dynamics. </li><li>Collaborate to Win: You excel in Influence & Communication, inspiring alignment across teams and uniting stakeholders around shared objectives. </li><li>Challenge the Status Quo: You leverage Data-Informed Decision Making, driving bold, insight-led decisions that strengthen our competitive position and fuel innovation. </li></ul> <p>About PartsSource</p> <p>Since 2001, PartsSource has evolved into the leading technology and software platform for managing mission-critical equipment, serving over half of the U.S. hospital infrastructure.
