<p>We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Representative to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for patients and their families, while also supporting clinic operations through scheduling, patient tracking and charge processes. Job Responsibilities Serve as the initial clinic contact for patients and families, providing a welcoming and professional first impression. Support patient and family arrivals and appointments and perform all routine front desk operational tasks. Coordinate patient arrivals, reconcile appointments, and ensure encounter forms and charge information are accurately recorded in electronic systems. Engage with and guide patients and visitors, offering clear information and assistance. Monitor and respond to communications, including managing multi-line phone systems, routing calls appropriately, and supporting scheduling needs. Generate and distribute daily patient schedules and requisitions, while conducting patient tracking and charge processes, ensuring accurate billing. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. 2+ years of general office or customer service experience required. Healthcare or electronic scheduling experience preferred. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered service in a fast-paced environment. Compensation In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
