Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>Operations Staff perform the setup and changeover on an event-to-event basis in order to ensure complete adherence to the event schedule as-well-as tenant contractual specifications and requirements. Also, assist with cleaning of the convention center to help maintain the cleanliness of the building. Overnight hours can be expected on occasion.</p> <p>This role will pay an hourly rate of $12.00 to $15.00</p> <p>Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.</p> <p>This position will remain open until April 17, 2026.</p> <p>About the Venue</p> <p>The Arvest Convention Center, located in the Arena District in downtown Tulsa, is a modern and award-winning venue providing over 275,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. Owned by the City of Tulsa for over 50 years, the ACC has been host to every kind of event imaginable and proudly serves the citizens of Tulsa and guests from around the world.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Actively participate in the completion of facility-wide conversions </li><li>Develop a wide array of specialized changeover skills, including setting up and breaking down </li></ul> <p>basketball courts, dashers, floors, risers, chairs, tables, and stages</p> <ul> <li>Assist with overall cleaning of the building to ensure readiness for events provide housekeeping assistance during events </li><li>Perform related duties and responsibilities as required </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years or older at the time of application </li><li>Exhibit willingness to work a flexible schedule consisting of nights and weekends. Shifts regularly occur overnight. </li><li>Work effectively in a heavily team-based environment </li><li>Be reliable, honest, dependable, and punctual </li><li>Regularly lift and carry equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds </li><li>Possess knowledge of basic hand tools and their uses </li></ul> <p>Strengthened by our Differences.
