<p>The Spirit of the Position:</p> <p>The LAZ Parking Customer Care Center services customers across the United States. We are looking for a friendly, helpful individual to join our outstanding team.? The Customer Care CSR provides exceptional customer service by answering in-bound calls from parkers for assistance within our parking facilities. We assist in troubleshooting as well as handling concerns in a positive and professional manner. All our interactions with our parkers/customers are recorded and documented.</p> <p>Part Time 2nd Shift: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday</p> <p>Weekends and holidays are required. In-office shifts are required, as necessary.</p> <p>Principal Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner </li><li>Display a caring attitude and connecting with our customers </li><li>Multitasking between various systems to assist the parker/customer </li><li>Log call activity and enter call data/information into the tracking system </li><li>Support LAZ field operations </li><li>Must use proper grammar and spelling in all communications </li><li>Other related duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 1 year call center or phone experience required </li><li>Parking industry experience preferred but not required </li><li>Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to communicate professionally and effectively </li><li>Excellent phone, interpersonal, and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English language </li><li>Bi-lingual abilities, including Spanish, are preferred but not required </li><li>Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness </li><li>Demonstrates the ability to seek improvement </li><li>Excellent team building and interpersonal skills. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds </li></ul> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
