We embrace the diversity of our student body and strive to implement positive activities throughout the year that support our students in every aspect.</p> <p>Key Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Helps establish and maintain an effective learning climate in the school </li><li>Leads and implements professional development programming at Drummond Elementary School </li><li>Regularly attends and supervises evening school functions </li><li>Supports building scheduling functions </li><li>Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring for certified and support staff </li><li>Works with students and families to develop individual student learning plans </li><li>Evaluates and supports assigned staff members </li><li>Commits to work hours necessary to meet established goals for school improvement </li><li>Administers school operational policies and procedures </li><li>Collects, maintains, and reports data regarding students as required </li><li>Interprets and enforces district policies and administrative regulations </li><li>Administers safety, security, and emergency policies and procedures </li><li>Communicates with parents/guardians concerning student educational programming </li><li>Prepares and maintains various written reports </li><li>Design and develop the master schedule </li><li>Coordinate and implement site and safety drills and training </li><li>Provide leadership in the scheduling and supervision of after school athletic activities </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Desired Position Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Education: Ph.D./Ed.D. or MA/MS in school administration </li><li>Certification: Missouri K-8 Principal Certification or K-12 School Leader Certification </li></ul> <p>Salary Range</p> <p>NOTE: (The 2025-26 salary range is listed for this position posting.
