Ericsson also does not hire F-1's working on EAD for this position.</p> </li></ul> <p>As the Senior Manager Enterprise Partner Program, you will help build and champion our global enterprise partner program. You will be responsible for creating the communication strategy and documentation that bring our enterprise partner programs to life. This role will develop and own the comprehensive set of program guides and documentation along with both internal and external communications to and from our partners. You will work closely with the Heads of Partner Management and Partner Marketing to determine the best way to engage with partners to create meaningful feedback mechanisms that will help us evolve the partner program strategy to mutually achieve our goals.</p> <p>This role reports to the Senior Director of Global Partner Programs and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with partner programs colleagues, partner management and legal to develop the program guides and governance documents for the global enterprise partner programs. </li><li>Work with others in the organization to build out a scalable way with which we can educate and engage with partners to drive adoption of program benefits and resources. </li><li>Engage with internal stakeholders across sales, product, marketing, and operations - keeping teams aligned and informed on partner program key goals and messages. </li><li>Drive structured processes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring our partnership program progresses efficiently and effectively. </li><li>Design and run the partner advisory council capturing critical partner feedback and ensuring commitments are tracked and actioned. </li><li>Recommend and implement partner benefits and incentives to drive partner growth and engagement. </li><li>Track partner performance and analyze data to optimize processes and engagement. </li></ul> <p>The skills you bring:</p> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience in partner program development and/or complex program management for partners. </li><li>Experience designing and/or building partner programs that include the following partner types: System Integrators, Resellers, Managed Service Providers, OEMs, and Technology partners. </li><li>Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, strategic, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Proven track record for the ability to plan, pitch, and execute a start-to-finish business strategy. </li><li>Understanding of a global two-tier distribution model. </li></ul> <p>Why join Ericsson?</p> <p>At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.</p> <ul> <li>CALIFORNIA: $108,800 - 163,200 </li></ul> <p>Your Health</p> <p>Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions offers excellent, competitive employee benefits, such as: subsidized, nationwide PPO medical benefit options including a low-deductible Point of Service Plan and a qualifying High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), with a generous company-provided HSA contribution. Employees will also receive company-paid employee basic life and AD&D insurance and company-paid disability benefits.</p> <p>Your Time</p> <p>Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date.
