In this role, you'll be the face of ReturnPro, hosting live-streamed sales events, showcasing our inventory, and creating an exciting, interactive shopping experience for viewers. If you love being on camera, have a knack for sales, and thrive on engaging with an audience in real time-this is the perfect role for you!</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Host live shopping streams on Whatnot, presenting, demonstrating, and selling ReturnPro's inventory.</p> </li><li> <p>Engage with viewers in real-time, responding to questions, comments, and purchase inquiries to drive sales.</p> </li><li> <p>Create an energetic, entertaining, and interactive atmosphere that keeps the audience engaged and coming back for more.</p> </li><li> <p>Educate buyers on product details, category trends, and ReturnPro's unique inventory.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and grow a loyal audience by developing a personal brand and fostering customer relationships.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with internal teams on scheduling, content planning, promotions, and live-streaming strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Optimize streaming setup (lighting, audio, video quality) to ensure high production value.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze key performance metrics (viewership, engagement, conversions) and continuously refine content for better results.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Comfortable and confident on camera with a strong, engaging presence.</p> </li><li> <p>Energetic, charismatic, and able to sustain high enthusiasm for extended streaming sessions.</p> </li><li> <p>Sales-driven mindset, with the ability to persuade and close deals in real-time.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills to clearly present products and interact with an online audience.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to engage and entertain viewers while educating them about the products.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with live-streaming, social media, or content creation is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Tech-savvy, with a basic understanding of live-streaming tools, camera setup, and lighting.</p> </li><li> <p>Passion for e-commerce, online communities, and social commerce.</p> </li></ul>
