This role offers the opportunity to lead an established, high-functioning branch with immediate impact-no startup or turnaround required.</p> <p>The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall success, growth, and performance of the branch, overseeing all aspects of operations, sales, personnel, and financial performance.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Leadership & Management:</p> <ul> <li>Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of sales, operations, and installation personnel </li><li>Foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture </li><li>Drive employee engagement, retention, and development </li></ul> <p>Sales & Business Development:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee and actively participate in the sales process </li><li>Ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and completeness of bids and proposals </li><li>Drive branch revenue growth and profitability </li></ul> <p>Operations Management:</p> <ul> <li>Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality </li><li>Oversee scheduling, installation, and project execution </li><li>Ensure alignment with company standards and objectives </li></ul> <p>Project Management:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and field teams to deliver successful projects </li><li>Oversee estimates, proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and change orders </li><li>Ensure clear and accurate communication across all stakeholders </li></ul> <p>Financial & Administrative Oversight:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain fiscal responsibility and meet profitability targets </li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures </li><li>Oversee administrative functions and reporting </li></ul> <p>Safety & Compliance:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with OSHA and regulatory standards </li><li>Promote a culture of safety through training and accountability </li><li>Manage incident reporting and safety records </li></ul> <p>Facilities, Fleet & Equipment:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee maintenance and condition of facilities, vehicles, and equipment </li><li>Ensure compliance with DOT and safety regulations </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 4 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industry management </li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, estimating, or sales management </li><li>Fence industry experience required (minimum 4 years) </li><li>Proven ability to estimate project costs and manage bidding processes </li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 </li><li>Annual Bonus Potential: $100,000 - $300,000 </li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>Life and disability coverage </li><li>401(k) with company match </li><li>Professional, team-oriented work environment </li><li>Top-tier facilities, equipment, and technology </li></ul> <p>Training & Location Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Structured training program </li><li>Willingness to relocate to the Des Moines area upon hire </li></ul>
