Coaches inspire, motivate, and teach students specific skills related to the activity while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive character development.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Eligible Applicants:</p> <ul> <li>FHSD Certified Employees </li><li>FHSD Non-Certified Employees </li><li>Qualified External Candidates </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Completion of 60 or more college credit hours prior to coaching </li><li>Demonstrated ability to model and teach strong leadership, integrity, and commitment to student success </li><li>Knowledge of sport-specific techniques, safety, and MSHSAA regulations </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Plan, organize, and direct the Junior Varsity Baseball program in alignment with district and MSHSAA standards </li><li>Teach fundamental and advanced skills to student-athletes while emphasizing teamwork and sportsmanship </li><li>Supervise players during all practices, games, and team events to ensure safety and adherence to expectations </li><li>Collaborate with the Varsity Head Coach to maintain consistency across program levels </li><li>Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration </li><li>Maintain compliance with all FHSD and MSHSAA eligibility requirements </li></ul> <p>We looked forward to review your application!</p>
