This position requires strong leadership, decision-making, and a proactive approach to managing environmental and operational challenges.</p> <ul> <li>Lead and coordinate bath crew activities, ensuring seamless execution of bathing and livestock management. </li><li>Monitor and respond to weather conditions, equipment breakdowns, and unforeseen challenges with contingency measures. </li><li>Ensure fish health by overseeing bathing treatments and transfers, reporting concerns promptly. </li><li>Maintain equipment and coordinate upkeep of vessels, liners, and oxygen systems. </li><li>Mentor and develop the team through coaching, training, and performance management. </li></ul> <p>About you</p> <p>The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to this dynamic role.
