Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings. In this role, you will provide support and guidance to adults facing severe and persistent mental health challenges.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide interventions to clients that focus on problem solving, modeling behavior, optimism and encouragement </li><li>Assist the team in providing on-going assessments of client symptoms and their responses to staff interventions </li><li>Support clients in their desire for recovery and rehabilitation in the development of their goals </li><li>Ensure that services provided are culturally competent, strengths based, and focused on rehabilitation and are inclusive of client preferences. </li><li>Provide assistance to clients related to transportation to work sites, daily activities, and appointments </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field </li><li>Experience working with adults with mental illness </li><li>Valid Massachusetts drivers license </li></ul> <p>Schedule: Saturday/Sunday 8am-4pm, Monday 11am-7pm, Friday 7a-3p (32 hrs)</p> <p>Sunday-Wed 11pm-9am, (40 hours)</p> <p>Thurs-Friday 10pm-8am (30 hrs)</p> <p>Hourly Rate</p> <p>$20.50-$20.50 USD</p> <p>At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
