<p>Description</p> <p>Duration is 6 months; May to November.</p> <p>20 hours per week and is expected to be onsite at least once a week</p> <p>As an intern, you will support key business and operational initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll contribute to ongoing projects, assist with process improvements, and help drive informed decision-making across teams.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>This role will have some routine activities to reoccur over time, which may include:</p> <ul> <li>Support the Americas Life Cycle Management roadmap through dedicated forecast analysis and demand review sessions with local teams </li><li>Maintaining our supply chain KPI Dashboard (scrap, forecast accuracy, OTIF, costs, days on hand) </li><li>Deviation and root cause analysis on main KPIs </li><li>Creating training documentation for key Supply Chain business processes </li><li>Ad Hoc analysis and data extracts to support global and/or local Supply Chain initiatives </li><li>Working with subsidiary supply chain managers and demand planners to identify and improve operational activities </li></ul> <p>Projects:</p> <ul> <li>In addition to the above routine activities, a project(s) can be assigned to the intern which will vary depending on his or her specific skill sets, desires and bandwidth. </li></ul> <p>Studies and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>HS Diploma/GED Required </li><li>Students currently enrolled in a Business degree or Supply Chain major program at a recognized institution of higher learning, have reached Sophomore level status or later in school, and have a minimum of 3.0 GPA. </li></ul> <p>Skills and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Spanish or French speaking is preferred </li><li>Must be Microsoft Office proficient. </li><li>SAP ECC or SAP APO DP knowledge is preferred </li><li>Tableau experience preferred </li><li>An independent thinker </li><li>Self-motivated </li><li>A quicker learner and able to follow instructions with precision </li><li>High cultural intelligence </li><li>Effective communicator </li><li>Comfortable taking a lead in an international setting </li><li>Time management </li></ul> <p>The wage for this role is $20.00 an hour. This role is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bioMerieux's bonus program. This range may differ from ranges offered for similar positions elsewhere in the country given differences in cost of living. Actual compensation within this range is determined based on the successful candidate's experience and will be presented in writing at the time of the offer.</p>
