One great place to grow.</p> <p>Minimum Pay</p> <p>USD $19.00/Hr.</p> <p>Maximum Pay</p> <p>USD $20.00/Hr.</p> <p>What We Offer</p> <ul> <li>Paid Mileage & Travel Pay </li><li>Technology Allowance </li><li>PTO </li><li>Paid Training </li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision </li><li>401K </li><li>Per Diem & Hotel for Travelers </li><li>Free Training Resources </li><li>Weekly Pay Schedule </li><li>Early Wage Access </li><li>This position is Variable Full Time Hours and Projects can range from 0-40 hours per week based on volume </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Install, move, and replace steel racking/cantilevers. </li><li>Assemble storage shelving, rack shelving, structural shelving, and steel shelving systems. </li><li>Replace damaged racking components. </li><li>Move products from old to new racking. </li><li>Assist with other jobs when not performing racking projects. </li><li>We are looking for candidates that possess the following skills: </li><li>Mechanically inclined/jack-of-all-trades, or experience with racking installation and demo. </li><li>Skilled with hand tools, cordless power tools, and mechanical assembly tools for handling materials and fasteners. </li><li>Able to confirm accuracy and job quality using established mechanical and safety standards. </li><li>Able to (or willing/able to learn to) operate order pickers, forklifts, and scissor lifts. </li><li>Comfortable climbing ladders and working 20 feet off the ground. </li><li>Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs., occasional lifting up to 75 lbs. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>Must have reliable transportation. </li><li>Available to travel within your local state and surrounding states. </li><li>Able to workdays, nights, and weekends as scheduled. </li><li>Able to read diagrams (e.g., blueprints and RIGs). </li><li>Ensure all safety policies are always followed. </li></ul> <p>Important Information</p> <p>Who is BTR & Apollo?</p> <p>We're on a mission to make retailers and brands look their best!
