<p>Job Summary: Responsible for providing quality neurodiagnostic testing care to patients under the direction of a physician. May engage in all departmental activities to provide safe and effective delivery of patient care utilizing parameters guided by the American Society of Electroneurodiagnostic Technology (ASET). Extensive standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting of medium to heavy weights in the laboratory and at the bedside. Exposure to cleaning agents when cleaning electrodes after patient testing.</p> <p>Exposure Category: Category II - Tasks that involve no exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues, but employment may require performing unplanned Category I tasks. The normal routine involves no exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues; however, exposure or potential exposure may be required as a condition of employment. Appropriate protective measures are always available to every employee engaged in Category II tasks.</p>
