If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to influence the direction of a critical product category, we want to hear from you.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Conduct analyses of multi-asset investment product topics confronting Vanguard's product line-up, including but not limited to our Target Retirement Funds, LifeStrategy Funds, and model portfolio offer. Leverage cross-functional teams as required. Prepare strategic analysis and recommendations for senior management.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and display multi-asset investment and product expertise. Provide investment support and guidance to relationship management and sales teams. Participate in meetings with a range of Vanguard clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage or support various projects related to fund performance and health. Coordinate activities across various Vanguard areas to support fund initiatives. Develop and maintain key internal stakeholder relationships across the organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Leverage the client and sales feedback on products in order to assess product health and facilitate ongoing product improvements and positioning.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the creation of dynamic content used to position Vanguard investment products and to respond to investor queries.</p> </li><li> <p>Create and facilitate internal training and communications including training on launches and changes to existing products. Ensure coordination and consistency of product-related marketing initiatives and external communications across divisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to business line research agendas to enhance client experience and business results.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay current on industry, market, product, and competitive trends.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>What it takes:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
