<p>This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional member and guest experience while upholding the standards of a high-end luxury club. The role supports daily locker room operations, shoe services, member relations, and overall facility excellence.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide outstanding customer service to all members and guests, ensuring consistently exceptional experience. </li><li>Oversee the Shoe Service program, including cleaning, polishing, and spike replacement for golf and street shoes. </li><li>Serve as a club concierge by providing accurate information regarding daily club events, tournament schedules, and course conditions. </li><li>Maintain and manage the Member Locker List and coordinate locker assignments and turnover. </li><li>Learn and operate the PuttView system and Foresight Golf Simulator. </li><li>Develop a thorough understanding of club operations and uphold the standards expected of a luxury private club. </li><li>Always maintain a professional appearance, including proper uniform and grooming standards. </li><li>Execute daily operational duties in accordance with scheduling and coverage needs. </li><li>Take responsibility and ensure each shift is properly prepared for the next team member. </li><li>Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
