As an HVAC Technician, you'll have the chance to work with one of our premier clients, offering exceptional opportunities for growth, extensive benefits, and a supportive team that's with you every step of the way.</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Friday (night and weekend availability required)</p> <p>Pay Rate: $29 - $35 per hour</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>5 years of HVAC/general maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, or equivalent education and training in building trades </li><li>2-year HVAC technical certificate or state-approved HVAC license </li><li>EPA Universal Refrigeration License </li><li>Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally between properties </li></ul> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including servicing belts, pulleys, condensate lines, compressors, burners, and heat exchangers. </li><li>Conduct repairs on steam/hot water boilers, diagnose airflow and ducting issues, and ensure compliance with EPA refrigerant regulations. </li><li>Address mechanical, electrical, and system failures (e.g., circuit boards, compressors, leaks) with expertise in copper brazing. </li><li>Perform minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks to maintain facilities in top condition. </li><li>Use technology to manage work orders, create reports, and track timesheets, expense logs, and purchase card logs. </li><li>Communicate with clients and internal teams, provide project estimates, and maintain high customer satisfaction. </li><li>Complete required safety and compliance training and attend safety meetings.
