Today it services approximately 2,500 companies with varying IT needs. LBMC Technology Solutions has offices in Nashville, Knoxville, and Charlotte, NC.</p> <p>Job Scope</p> <p>The ERP Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing strategic and tactical marketing plans for marketing our software technologies and professional services, specifically supporting the ERP financial software practice. This role requires an energetic and entrepreneurial approach to managing the marketing, advertising and client-focused activities of the organization and will work closely with other marketing, sales and technical product management team members. Success in this role includes connecting the dots for prospects and clients between technology challenges and business solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in product marketing within the ERP SaaS industry and a passion for marketing financial solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product marketing initiatives and campaigns aimed at increasing sales and brand awareness.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>The primary responsibilities of the ERP Product Marketing Specialist will include:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with the development and management of the marketing strategy for ERP software and related professional services, including Sage Intacct and Microsoft Dynamics software solutions. </li><li>Coordinate marketing campaigns in conjunction with sale departments, technology managers and other marketing team members to grow the ERP business. </li><li>Develop and manage product marketing content such as case studies, presentations, whitepapers, and product videos. </li><li>Create and publish online and print marketing campaigns, including social media channels, listing services, Google My Business and website pages supporting the ERP business. </li><li>Manage lead generation campaigns and measure results in an established CRM system. </li><li>Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and key performance metrics. </li><li>Coordinate and collaborate with ERP publishers on campaigns, representation at events and trade shows. </li><li>Assist with development and hosting of webinars and other prospect / client-facing events to increase awareness and drive demand for the ERP business. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification.</p> <ul> <li>5-7 Years experience in marketing and demand generation in B2B and ERP SaaS industries. Experience with Sage and/or Microsoft Dynamics ERP is preferred. </li><li>Proven experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies. </li><li>Strong digital marketing experience including AdWords, SEO, and Content Marketing knowledge. </li><li>Strong social media skills including management of multiple platforms, Google My Business and local listing services. </li><li>Strong creative outlook and a passion for client success. </li><li>Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment. </li><li>Experienced with using CRM systems such as Salesforce and Dynamics 365, Teams, Canva, etc. </li></ul> <p>LBMC Technology Solutions, LLC offers a hybrid/remote work model, competitive compensation, medical and dental insurance, and 401k.
