As NFM's Return Dock Specialist you're focused on processing the returned customer product purchases and properly coding all uncrated products and ensuring processes are being followed.</p> <p>Job Duties: A Day in the Life</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate: Verify all return orders during check-in </li><li>Inspect: Examine product for defects </li><li>Accuracy: Process paperwork, tag products and assign status coding for returns </li><li>Play Your Part: Wrap merchandise and properly note any arising problems on order </li><li>Safety: Move the product to where it needs to go safely </li></ul> <p>Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love-because that's what we love.</p> <p>Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age </li><li>High School Diploma or GED preferred </li><li>6 months' customer contact experience </li><li>Positive, upbeat attitude </li><li>Ability to lift/push/pull required weights </li><li>Operate scanning equipment preferred </li><li>Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs </li><li>Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to criminal background check </li></ul> <p>#zr</p>
