<p>Tesla is seeking a talented Litigation Paralegal to join our Legal Team. This role will directly support Tesla's Litigation Team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage and prioritize a heavy volume of tasks and duties, a strong facility for detail with a high level of organization, strong technical acumen, and solid experience with various types of litigation types such as class actions, commercial disputes, insurance defense, and arbitrations. The position will report directly to the Sr. Paralegal Manager, Litigation & eDiscovery.</p> <ul> <li>Support internal and external litigation counsel in all stages of litigation, both administrative and substantive </li><li>Assist with the factual development and analysis of cases, including communication with relevant business partners </li><li>Management of each matter's discovery process, including the collection, retention, and production of documents, drafting written responses to discovery, as well as setup and maintaining document review platforms </li><li>Draft legal documents, including settlement agreements, document retention notices, pleadings, and response letters </li><li>5+ years of relevant experience managing litigation matters </li><li>Bachelor's Degree and/or paralegal certification preferred or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability </li><li>Litigation law firm experience required, in-house experience a plus </li><li>Understanding of litigation cadence from motion practice to discovery, arbitration, and trial, as well as appellate procedures </li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, fact-finding, and negotiation skills </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of matters, to work efficiently and proactively, to take initiative, prioritize workflow, meet demanding deadlines, and oversee multi-dimensional projects in a fast-paced environment </li></ul>
