No</p> <p>County Onondaga</p> <p>Street Address Hutchings Psychiatric Center</p> <p>620 Madison Street</p> <p>City Syracuse</p> <p>StateNY</p> <p>Zip Code13210</p> <p>Duties Description Residential Program Managers have administrative and supervisory responsibility for the health, care, and safety of individuals diagnosed with mental illness residing in State Operated Community Residences (SOCR) and State Operated Residential Care Centers for Adults (SORCCA). Under the supervision of a higher level facility-based individual, you would oversee and manage the overall operation of the residence and rehabilitative program services provided by residence staff, ensuring delivery of culturally competent mental health services.
