This individual will support all department tasks including but not limited to retail analysis, supply chain management, merchandise assortment development, sales forecasting & store allocations.</p> <p>As a Summer 2025 Intern:</p> <ul> <li>You must be able to work to work up to 37.5 hours per week, for the entire summer period. </li><li>Intern for the full Summer session - June 2 - August 15, 2025 </li><li>The minimum & maximum rate of pay will be fixed at $16.50 per hour </li><li>You must be an active student, entering junior or senior year and pursuing a bachelor's degree </li><li>Able to work in our hybrid model: 3 days in office & 2 remotely </li><li>This position is not eligible for relocation </li></ul> <p>What you can expect:</p> <p>Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>:Assist with the development of annual and monthly sales, margin, returns, markdowns and inventory reports and plans for both Fashion and Basic businesses. </li><li>Provide analytics to support assortment decisions, SKU performance, and depth. </li><li>Support Allocation Team with daily tasks (reporting, allocations, power points, update documents, etc) . </li><li>Review weekly sales reporting to aid in business analysis. </li><li>Distribute merchandise to stores at style | color | size | fit | price level based on business trends, reporting analysis and management objectives. </li><li>Prepare, recommend, and communicate weekly product performance from BIS merchandise selling reports to understand any shifts in business and react accordingly.
