Other duties may be assigned.</p> <p>EEO/AA/Disability/Veteran</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <ol> <li>Demonstrates skill in observing and communicating patient needs. </li></ol> </li><li>1.1 Identifies changes in patient's condition and communicates significant observations to the nurse in a timely fashion as indicated by report to the nurse. </li><li> <ol start="2"> <li>Demonstrates skill in providing direct patient care. </li></ol> </li><li>2.1 Accepts report on assigned patients and demonstrates understanding as evidenced by her/his communication. </li><li> <ol start="3"> <li>Performs decentralized laboratory testing as credentialed. </li></ol> </li><li>3.1 Appropriately collects specimen and performs test following established policy and procedure as observed by supervisor. </li><li> <ol start="4"> <li>Completes non-therapeutic functions as assigned by NM/designee. </li></ol> </li><li>4.1 Orders internal and external supplies according to departmental schedule as evidenced by feedback from staff and as observed by supervisor. </li><li> <ol start="5"> <li>Demonstrates accountability and responsibility in daily performance of role. </li></ol> </li><li>5.1 Relocates and rotates to meet patient care needs as observed by supervisor. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>EDUCATION</p> <p>High school diploma or equivalent.</p> <p>EXPERIENCE</p> <p>1 year Clinical Care provider experience.</p> <p>SPECIAL SKILLS</p> <p>Certified Nursing Assistant, Good interpersonal skills, Successful completion of orientation, Completion of training with Lawson ordering system, Successful completion of PCT preceptor class, No more than 4 sick occurrences.</p> <p>YNHHS Requisition ID</p> <p>157059</p>
