This role focuses on managing cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.</p> <p>Main tasks and responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead, manage, and mentor engineering project managers and technical leads responsible for internal development initiatives; these could include both internally and externally funded activities and programs that conclude with the transition of products to scale manufacturing</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple concurrent engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to define project priorities, requirements, and success criteria</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize project management best practices, tools, and standards to improve project visibility, predictability, and performance.
