<p>Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Project Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Stamford, CT.</p> <p>Summary: We are seeking a technically strong Sr Project Manager with experience driving end-to-end application development initiatives, ideally within the telecommunications or Wi-Fi space. This role is focused on stakeholder alignment, cross-functional delivery, and ensuring that projects achieve both operational and customer-impact goals. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical understanding, program management fundamentals, and the ability to communicate effectively with executives and technical teams alike.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead program execution end-to-end, with emphasis on stakeholder alignment and coordination across technical, operational, training, testing, and delivery teams </li><li>Maintain project plans and status reports in Smartsheets or JIRA, ensuring leadership visibility into progress and milestones </li><li>Contribute to leadership escalations by providing risk assessments, mitigation recommendations, and actionable resolutions </li><li>Review program artifacts to evaluate impacts on agents and customers, ensuring solutions drive positive business and customer outcomes </li><li>Prepare and deliver occasional executive presentations, summarizing program updates, risks, and outcomes </li><li>Act as a technical thought partner, bringing application development and Wi-Fi domain expertise to guide decision-making </li><li>Drive accountability across teams to ensure successful on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment* Strong prior experience in Program or Project Management with mastery of PM fundamentals </li><li>Proven experience leading application development and SDLC-driven projects </li><li>Technically strong, with the ability to understand and communicate application and infrastructure impacts </li><li>Hands-on experience with Smartsheets or JIRA for project tracking </li><li>Proficiency with PowerPoint and skilled at presenting to executive stakeholders </li><li>Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical groups </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of Wi-Fi technology or hands-on experience supporting Wi-Fi projects </li><li>Industry experience in telecommunications or large-scale enterprise environments </li><li>Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management practices </li></ul>
