<p>Learning opportunities and tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Support divisional supply chain activities, including tracking deliveries of spare parts, fuel, and consumables </li><li>Assist with inventory management for marine equipment, tools, and critical spares </li><li>Coordinate with vendors, and internal operations teams </li><li>Help monitor shipment schedules, lead times, and port turnaround metrics </li><li>Analyze logistics and procurement data to identify cost, efficiency, and reliability improvements </li><li>Maintain supply chain records, reports, and dashboards related to divisional operations </li><li>Assist with documentation related to customs, port regulations, maritime and government compliance </li><li>Participate in continuous improvement projects related to divisional logistics and operations </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Maritime Studies, Business, or a related field </li><li>Strong interest in the maritime shipping industry </li><li>Analytical mindset with attention to detail </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or maintenance systems is a plus </li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment </li><li>Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with maritime logistics, port operations, or vessel maintenance concepts </li><li>Exposure to international shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, Incoterms, customs forms) </li><li>Experience with data visualization or reporting tools </li><li>Prior coursework or experience in transportation, logistics, or operations </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, and other office equipment </li><li>Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via email </li><li>May occasionally be required to lift or move items up to 10 pounds (such as files or office materials) </li></ul> <p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>This position is performed in a traditional office environment, with some local travel between facilities. </li></ul> <p>Fairlead Integrated, LLC. and its subsidiaries are proud to be Equal Employ Opportunity and Affirmative Action employers (Minority / Female / Disability / Veterans).</p> <p>To apply for this position, go here: Application - Fairlead Integrated</p>
