This is an on-site position</p> <p>Pay: $79,400 - $84,460/year</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Several Healthcare plans to choose from, dental (includes adult and child orthodontia) and vision </li><li>15 days of earned PTO your first year, 12 company holidays + 2 floating holidays. </li><li>403b + match </li><li>Early close Fridays (3 paid hours each Friday) </li><li>Early close prior to a holiday (3 paid hours) </li><li>Paid Time off between Christmas and New Year's Holiday </li><li>Paid Volunteer Time </li><li>Paid Parental Leave and Care Giver Leave </li><li>Paid Life Insurance </li><li>Free Employee Assistance Plan </li><li>Free Basic Dental </li><li>Pet Insurance options </li></ul> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Lead, coach, mentor, train and inspire staff. </li><li>Provide direction on property operations, rent collection, and occupancy levels. </li><li>Follow and comply with all regulatory programs. </li><li>Ensure property expenses and financials are effectively managed. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma. </li><li>Minimum of three (3) years in housing and/or property management. </li><li>Minimum of five (5) years as a manager of multi-family housing. </li><li>Working knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws, including Fair Housing and Landlord and tenant laws. </li><li>Experience generating property budgets and managing affordable housing developments, including HUD, Low Income Tax Credits, Rural Housing, and Tax-Exempt Bond properties. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Professional certification in property or affordable housing management. </li><li>Exposure to/familiarity with community organizing, services, and programs. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Comprehend and communicate in the English language both orally and in writing. </li><li>Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license). </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office. </li><li>This is a brief summary of the position. </li></ul> <p>Mercy Housing is a fair chance employer; while we conduct background checks for all positions, we will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.</p>
