<p>Manages, prepares, administers, and directs the control of the budget. Manages the activities of the financial analyst staff. The Senior Finance Manager reports to the Managing Director, Finance Controller/Operations Executive for Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO). He/she will be responsible for managing a team of finance professionals domestically and abroad, performing valuation analysis on key OCTO investments, as well as providing financial oversight and decision support. Our team is the Finance business partner to OCTO. We provide value-added analysis and advise on strategic decisions. We are responsible for all aspects of financial support for OCTO including forecasting, modeling, reporting, accounting, internal business control and asset management. With direct access to VP level executives, the Senior Finance Manager provides analytics, identifies and manages risks and opportunities for strategic decisions as well as operational excellence. Manager include but not limited to: Act as a finance business partner to OCTO staff members, the Senior Finance Manager provides analytics, performs financial modeling, advise on collaborative agreements, leads short-term and long-term financial planning processes, and interprets financial results. He/she offers suggestions to reduce costs, mitigate financial or organizational downside, perform ROI and analytics to evaluate investment choices, assess effectiveness and impact on the organization, make recommendations concerning new programs and changes to existing programs, as well as recommend financial policy and accounting treatment. The Sr. Manager should be comfortable working in a quick-paced environment, capable of setting up processes and structures, a good problem solver, and comfortable engaging in business partnership with cross functional team and senior executives. Minimum 10+years of related experience and a Master's degree. Experience in semiconductor industry or a high-tech manufacturing environment preferred Very strong Excel analytical & modeling skills. Analytical, detailed, accurate, dedicated, results-oriented, and highly ethical. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Must be proactive and have solid business judgment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial planning software and ERP systems.</p>
