<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>The Merchandising Manager will increase and maintain total supply chain efficiencies for the Merchandiser department, and its suppliers, by managing a team of front-line employees to merchandise a diverse portfolio of products to key retail accounts </li><li>As a Merchandising Manager, you will provide clear direction and training for the Merchandising team through the Company's training program </li><li>You will mentor and develop Merchandiser Supervisors to ensure smooth execution of work procedures in retail stores </li><li>You will lead projects and initiatives to achieve desired results and high client satisfaction within budget and schedule </li><li>You will track productivity to meet the Company's requirements and maximize efficiencies, maintaining communication with the Sales and Operations teams to identify execution needs and opportunities for improvement </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree and 5 plus years of related experience with 2 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 8 plus years of specific experience with 3 plus years of management experience </li><li>Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
