<p>Overview</p> <p>We are seeking a Medical Surgical CNA, also referred to Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Med-Surg CNA. A Med Surg CNA will assist with patient care by supporting daily activities, mobility, feeding, and vital signs while monitoring for any changes. Entry-Level CNAs are welcome to apply!</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):</p> <ul> <li>Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, and toileting </li><li>Help with mobility, including turning, repositioning, and transferring patients to prevent skin breakdown, you may also feed patients who need assistance and monitor intake/output </li><li>Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration), observe and report changes in a patient's condition to nurses, you may also help with wound care under the direction of an RN </li><li>Stock and maintain supplies in patient rooms, ensure the environment stays clean and safe </li><li>Assist in transporting patients within the hospital </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers.
