<p>Position Information</p> <p>Position Title Assistant Professor Position Number 021473 Salary Range $53,109.00 Position Type Faculty</p> <p>Department Information</p> <p>Ending Effective Date of Temporary Employment Department Teacher Education</p> <p>Job Duties</p> <p>Responsibility / Duty</p> <p>Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in general education and High Incidence Disabilities.</p> <p>Developing and teaching courses related to behavior analysis and the CABAS model, as well as mentoring and supervising students.</p> <p>Supervise practicum and residency experiences.</p> <p>Percentage Of Time 60 Responsibility / Duty</p> <p>Advise students and hold 10 office hours per week.</p> <p>Serve on department, college, and university committees.</p> <p>Participate in program development and accreditation processes.</p> <p>Percentage Of Time 20 Responsibility / Duty</p> <p>Collaborate with stakeholders (local schools and school systems).</p> <p>Provide service within the university, to state and local educational agencies, and to relevant</p> <p>professional organizations. Service includes training provided to CABAS schools. A terminal degree (PhD) and advanced expertise in applied behavior analysis, research methods, and teaching.</p> <p>? A doctoral degree in a relevant field such as behavior analysis or education.</p> <p>? Familiarity with data analysis and behavior assessment tools.</p> <p>? A CABAS professional rank of master teacher or above is required.</p> <p>? BCBA certification is required</p> <p>Minimum Licenses Required Other Minimum Requirements</p> <p>? Certified to teach in a P-12 setting</p> <p>? 3 years of successful teaching in the P-12 setting as demonstrated by evaluations</p> <p>?
