As we continue to grow we are looking to add a Key Account Manager to the Scandi Family!</p> <p>You will work with Owner Operators that partner with Scandinavian holding up to 120 Owner Operator employees. This opportunity would include working in one of our accounts in the event/ hospitality industry and a premiere Florida venue. It is a full-time permanent position, hours may vary due to events held at the location, during these events is when it would be required to be onsite. We have family friendly events year-round and affectionately call our team members the Scandi Family. </li></ul> <p>What your day to day looks like:</p> <p>Reporting into the Operations Manager you will be taking care of the day to day operations of this account and events the role will be 50% account management and 50% people management.</p> <ul> <li>Account Management; Creating and fostering strong relationships with key clients and store managers. Handling all complaints or issues in a prompt and timely fashion ensuring utmost satisfaction at all times </li><li>People Management: Work with all Owner Operators to confirm all team members required are on site and are correctly being managed by their supervisors. </li><li>Site Inspections; Conducting walk throughs and inspections, attending client operations meetings, and planning for events </li><li>Client Management: Handling all client meetings and requests for the venue. </li></ul> <p>What you'll need to succeed:</p> <ul> <li>2-3 years in a previous Supervisor or Manager position </li><li>Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license in good standing </li><li>Janitorial, facility, operations or maintenance experience highly preferred </li><li>Most important to us is strong customer service skills, excellent communication and ability to have foresight and plan ahead </li><li>Ability to lead a team while fostering a strong team connection and collaboration handling high pressured stressful situations </li><li>Willingness to learn the cleaning industry </li></ul> <p>What you can expect for our interview process:</p> <ul> <li>20 minute preliminary phone interview with our Recruiter </li><li>20-40 minute assessment (depending on optional practice questions or breaks) </li><li>30 minute MS Teams video interview with the Hiring Manager and direct Supervisor for the role </li></ul> <p>At Scandinavian Building Services we are an equal opportunity employer who values a diverse workplace.
