Employment cannot commence until notification for successful completion of this pre-employment testing is received. Please note that in addition to the initial testing required by OTETA, the Act further requires that the University conduct pre-assignment (promotion), reasonable suspicion, post-accident, random, follow-up and return to duty drug and alcohol testing throughout the period of employment.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications One year of experience in the operation of equipment noted as appropriate for this class and the possession of a valid New York State driver's license Class B or higher required. This position may be filled from a mandatory reemployment list if one is in effect at the time of appointment.
