<p>PR, Influence and Celebrities Intern, Americas</p> <p>BASE PAY: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in upholding Boucheron to the highest standards and brand positioning across all PR & Influence activities - including press, celebrity + influencer activations - to express the singularity of the Maison. </li><li>Assist with all credit requests, content monitoring and reporting for collection and PR initiatives </li><li>Assist with various aspects of talent, editors and influencers including guest lists uploads, logistics, transportation and hospitality bookings for the October LA event </li><li>Assist with putting together all look-books for celebrity dressing, editorial and influencer campaigns </li><li>Assist with the maintenance of measuring systems and tools to support growth - platforms such as DMR, Lefty, Launchmetrics, and more. </li><li>Assist with senior executive timelines, schedules, and hospitality bookings and arrangements. </li><li>Track and compile relevant influencers, talent and editors </li><li>Track competitors' talent deals </li><li>Keep track of all the PR documents and databases </li><li>Create a monthly brand newsletter to be distributed internally </li><li>Assist on putting together decks for all big activations that the brand has such as award, collections and Oscar's recap </li><li>Assist with PR stock inventories </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Education & Required Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Active student (Preferably in Public Relations, Marketing, Or Communications) </li><li>Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Outlook, Adobe, etc. </li><li>Strong attention to detail, time management, organizational skills, and follow-through </li><li>Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills </li><li>Strong knowledge of the luxury and fashion industry is preferred </li><li>Enthusiastic self-starter and detail-oriented with the capacity to engage and communicate effectively at all levels </li><li>Adapts quickly to change and last-minute requests as needed </li><li>Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing, and handling information of a confidential and sensitive nature </li><li>Excels in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Office requirements:</p> <ul> <li>The role will be three days in the office </li></ul> <p>Reports to: Brand PR Coordinator based in NY office.</p>
