For a better tomorrow, we play today.</p> <p>You can now text "Jobs" to 763-296-1077 to learn more!</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>The essence of the role of the assembler is to assemble any parts that are too complex to be assembled in the field.</p> <p>Hours: M-F 7am - 3pm</p> <p>VALUES</p> <ul> <li>Innovation </li><li>Commitment & Passion </li><li>Integrity </li><li>Team & Relationships </li></ul> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Ability to verify parts to their assembly instructions and print. </li><li>Must be able to check every part for physical defect. </li><li>Ability to identify the defective part for rework. </li><li>Must package parts to ship without damage. </li><li>Check the correct quantities of all work orders. </li><li>Will correctly key and label parts. </li><li>Take part in monthly presentations and continuous improvement efforts. </li></ul> <p>ATTRIBUTES</p> <ul> <li>Able to multi-task </li><li>Take responsibility for all parts coming through their work center </li><li>Be quality focused </li><li>Able to rotate to other positions </li><li>Able to learn certain program functions </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED preferred </li><li>Basic computer knowledge </li><li>Ability to read prints </li><li>Must maintain a dependable and reliable work schedule </li><li>Takes ownership and prides themselves in delivering a high quality product </li></ul> <p>The target hourly range is $19.00 - $22.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
