<p>Position: Commission Review Specialist Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM (Full-Time) Who We Are: West Shore Home is a technology-driven and industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of Bathrooms, Windows, and Doors. Purpose of Position: As a Commission Review Specialist at West Shore Home, you will calculate commissions for all In-Home Sales employees in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Key Role Accountabilities:</p> <p>Make necessary deductions when errors have been made within the selling process. Elevates concerns that appear to be off process to the Commissions Manager for guidance, support, and direction. Complete sales dispute forms timely, ensuring they are received within the required timeline. Conduct weekly audits to ensure compliance in calculations within the department. Review all open cases on jobs before submitting commissions for payment.</p> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <p>High School Diploma or equivalent required. High attention to detail.
