<p>We are seeking a talented Marketing Analyst to join our Independent Marketing Division. In this role, you will analyze marketing efforts to ensure the successful implementation of all products and systems rollouts. Your work will provide a seamless rollout to the independent field force and support staff within Marketing. You will also provide Marketing direction to other areas within the company to ensure a positive agent experience.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Effectively project manage successful product and system implementations to ensure on-time delivery and effective rollout to the field. </li><li>Regularly review internal training materials and presentations for updates. </li><li>Review forms for usability and facilitate their implementation into the website and vendor utilities. </li><li>Analyze illustration production problem requests to determine front-end or back-end support needs, ensuring a positive agent experience for all illustration platforms. </li><li>Update product information on the IMG website, agency webtools, and vendor systems to display correct product and underwriting information. </li><li>Regularly analyze training courses for accuracy and relevance to ensure they are appropriate for agents. </li><li>Facilitate frequent and effective focus group calls with agencies to stay informed about processes and systems needed to effectively write business with American National. </li><li>Analyze behavioral analytics from web traffic and portal applications to determine necessary changes to enhance user experience. </li><li>Regularly review field documents and presentations for updated training materials. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement). </li><li>Strong analytical and project management skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. </li><li>Experience with web analytics and behavioral analysis is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Occupational Requirements:</p> <p>This position involves routine work within established policies and procedures and requires detailed instructions on new projects and assignments.</p> <p>Physical presence in the company office on a full-time basis is required.</p>
