Come be a part of this journey with us as we champion lives!</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Director of Marketing Insights and Workflow Solutions is responsible for leading and developing the marketing team that delivers product and service marketing experiences. Drive action, consistency and clarity across product, service, distribution partner and sales lifecycle marketing experiences. Develop, empower and lead others while keeping a pulse on current and emerging industry trends and competitive landscape. Connect and build market engagement and product positioning to connect our products and services to the marketplace and enable OneAmerica to maintain partner and consumer relationships.</p> <p>Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Develop, retain and grow a high performing product and consumer marketing team. </li><li>Lead a team in understanding the complex business, financial marketplace and consumer drivers. </li><li>Create and execute the go-to-market and sales enablement strategies in partnership with business product managers. </li><li>Distill and translate business opportunities and strategic imperatives into clear, sales, service, product and audience building opportunities. </li><li>Effectively communicate with key business and functional partners across the organization to influence marketing capability and drive engagement and adoption efforts. </li><li>Guide the overall strategic go-to-market experiences for product, service and consumer marketing by planning processes and the development of marketing strategies to encourage consideration and purchase intent. </li><li>Participate in industry, stakeholder, customer and user experience research and planning to help identify new business opportunities that inform product and service market positioning and aligned messaging. </li><li>Develop and lead a high performing team of marketers with proven, relevant expertise. Identify strengths and weaknesses of team members and help develop baseline marketing skills through coaching, mentoring, and documenting processes. </li></ul> <p>Required Education/Work Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Arts or Science in Marketing, Communications or related filed required; MBA is a plus. </li><li>10+ years of experience with multichannel marketing and financial services products. </li><li>8+ years of management experience preferably in the financial services industry. </li><li>Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth. </li><li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools. </li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. </li></ul> <p>Salary Band: 7B</p> <p>#LI-SD1</p> <p>#LI-HYBRID</p> <p>This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.
