Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.</p> <p>Your Role:</p> <p>AVP in Loan Servicing will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Perform detailed credit analysis of leveraged loans and high yield bonds within CLO portfolios </li><li>Monitor and analyze CLO portfolio performance, including compliance with investment criteria and tests </li><li>Prepare regular portfolio monitoring reports and performance analytics </li><li>Support trading activities and portfolio rebalancing decisions </li><li>Conduct industry research and maintain financial models </li><li>Assist in the preparation of investor presentations and monthly/quarterly reports </li><li>Monitor market conditions and identify potential investment opportunities </li><li>Support CLO structuring and warehousing activities </li><li>Daily review of cash activities per each CLO </li><li>Daily review of asset attributes to ensure compliance with collateral quality tests </li><li>Work with Operations team on any breaks/variance resolutions </li></ul> <p>About You:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field </li><li>3-6 years of relevant experience in structured products, credit analysis, or CLO operations </li><li>Strong understanding of leveraged loan and CLO markets </li><li>Strong working knowledge of credit agreements and indentures </li><li>Proficient in using Excel, macros a plus </li><li>Experience with CLO analytics platforms (e.g., Intex, TreesLab, BlackMountain) </li><li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $76,000 - 100,000</p> <p>Our Benefits</p> <p>Your well-being is of paramount importance and central to our success here at Citco.
