<p>Payroll Specialist</p> <p>Pay $23-$25 per hour</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>-Process and prepare payroll for 200 + employees </li><li>Maintain and update employee payroll records </li><li>Handle tasks related to payroll </li><li>Work closely with the Controller, HR and store Managers </li><li>Uphold strict confidentiality regarding employee Information and ensure compliance with company polices </li><li>Manage receptionist team including hiring and scheduling </li><li>Ordering supplies </li><li>Handle payroll related audits </li><li>Process W2's with the IRS and State </li><li>General accounting duties </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in a position of Accounting or Payroll is a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Automotive Dealership experience is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Tekion a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel.</p> </li><li> <p>Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Tech-savvy, comfortable with web-based programs, and proficient in Excel.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledgeable about basic accounting principles.</p> </li><li> <p>Someone who is great with their communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>A team player who is coachable and willing to grow with our company.</p> </li><li> <p>Someone who enjoys a friendly, collaborative workplace and isn't afraid of hard work, balanced with fun and recognition.</p> </li></ul>
