Care Initiatives has a new sales opportunity in Eastern Iowa for a Regional Director of Business Development.</p> <p>The Regional Director of Business Development will be responsible for achieving and surpassing census growth goals for assigned eastern Iowa region. This position is a critical member of the Business Development team working with service providers and community leaders to identify volume growth opportunities, understand competitive dynamics and create strategies that will exceed established goals.</p> <p>Key responsibilities of the Regional Director of Business Development:</p> <ul> <li>Cultivates win-win relationships with key referral sources to drive patient volume within assigned facilities. </li><li>Develop sales strategy in alignment with region priorities and business sales strategies to achieve referral growth targets in Eastern Iowa region. </li><li>Grow sales and market strategies to drive growth in referrals and build pipelines. </li><li>Acts as a brand ambassador and community liaison to build reputation and connection with the communities we serve. </li><li>Utilize CRM to actively track and analyze sales leads and customer interactions to enhance business relationships with customers and drive sales growth. </li><li>Develop localized referral best practices. </li></ul> <p>What it takes:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, or related field or equivalent marketing / sales experience </li><li>Demonstrated history of success in a Community/Business Development Liaison or similar role within healthcare or senior services field </li><li>Marketing/sales expertise preferred, with a history of exceeding sales quotas </li><li>Experience in making presentations and public speaking </li><li>Experience in crafting proposals to garner business and/or or solidify relationships </li><li>Valid driver's license </li></ul> <p>Why join Care Initiatives?
