Opportunity for hybrid WFH days after all training (3 mos.) and ability to function independently is reviewed. </li></ul> <p>This position performs duties associated with phone triage, symptom management, care coordination and may include direct in- clinic patient care and quality improvement activities. The incumbent assures completeness of ordered procedure and treatments, educates/instructs patients concerning procedures, treatments, and needs, and ensures medical orders are carried out accurately and in a timely manner. Two years' experience in an ambulatory setting preferred. Requires ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.</p> <ul> <li>Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. </li><li>Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. </li><li>Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. </li><li>Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. </li><li>Knowledge of procedures for performing the functions appropriate to the specific clinical area and familiarity with designated pieces of equipment and supplies. </li><li>Requires ability to coordinate a number of functions for a group of patients in an effective timely manner. </li><li>Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse. </li></ul>
