<p>Overview</p> <p>We are seeking an Electronic Security System Technician III to assist in the installation, troubleshooting, and testing of electronic security systems including access control, intrusion detection, and network infrastructure.</p> <p>This position is contingent upon contract award</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support Technician I and II team members on-site. </li><li>Ensure project timelines, quality, and compliance standards are met. </li><li>Install and service electronic security systems (access control, intrusion detection, infrastructure, etc.) according to project specifications and codes. </li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics. </li><li>Perform conduit installation, cable installation, and cable termination. </li><li>Install system components including but not including head end equipment, security panels, card readers, and door hardware. </li><li>Troubleshoot system failures and provide advanced-level diagnostics. </li><li>Assist in system configuration and network integration. </li><li>Maintain proper inventory of tools, equipment, and materials. </li><li>Provide on-site customer training and support. </li><li>Comply with safety protocols and quality standard. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience installing security systems of the same type and similar design within the last five (5) years. </li><li>Extensive knowledge of IP-based security solutions and system integration. </li><li>Demonstrate working knowledge of low-voltage wiring, IP networks, and alarm systems. </li><li>Lenel certification is preferred but not required. </li><li>Exhibit the ability to work flexible hours and travel to various job sites. </li><li>Showcase strong troubleshooting and communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Skill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment. </li><li>Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook. </li></ul>
