<p>About Albea & the Product line that is recruiting</p> <p>Albéa is a global leader in beauty, personal care, oral care, pharmaceutical and food packaging. Our site, Albéa Matamoros is North America's Center of Excellence for Mascara, Lip Gloss and Lipstick Packaging.</p> <p>Scope</p> <p>The Industrialization Manager is responsible for transitioning products from the design phase to mass production. This role focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes mainly on the secondary processes such as assembly and decoration, ensuring product quality, process efficiency and reducing production costs.</p> <p>Main activities</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with design and engineering teams to evaluate the manufacturability of new products. </li><li>Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes and workflows. </li><li>Conduct time and cost analysis to identify areas for improvement in the production process. </li><li>Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and efficiency of the secondary equipment. </li><li>Create documentation (Specifications for new equipment, drawings, work instructions to operate the new equipment, maintenance tasks, etc.) </li><li>Design and implement tooling and fixtures required for production. </li><li>Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise. </li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. </li><li>Provide technical support and training to production staff. </li><li>Responsible for Capex, including revision and submission of RFAs </li><li>Responsible of the layout of the plant </li></ul> <p>Accountability including KPIs</p> <ol> <li>Process Development: </li></ol> <p>o Responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production.</p> <ol start="2"> <li>Collaboration: </li></ol> <p>o Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless product transitions.</p> <ol start="3"> <li>Problem Solving: </li></ol> <p>o Address and resolve manufacturing issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.</p> <ol start="4"> <li>Documentation: </li></ol> <p>o Maintain accurate documentation of processes, improvements, and compliance with standards.</p> <ol start="5"> <li>Training and Support: </li></ol> <p>o Provide technical support and training to production staff to ensure understanding and adherence to new processes.</p> <ol start="6"> <li>Supplier Coordination: </li></ol> <p>Collaborate with suppliers to ensure machinery quality, efficiency and availability, and address any supply chain issues</p> <p>Profile (Experience & qualifications)</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. </li><li>Experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools. </li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. </li><li>Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus. </li></ul>
