<p>Real Estate Attorney (Temp?to?Hire)</p> <p>W2 | $35-$40/hour</p> <p>LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a boutique law firm to hire a Junior Real Estate Attorney on a W2 contract to hire basis. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Illinois attorney early in their career who is seeking hands on experience supporting high volume residential and commercial real estate transactions in a collaborative, fast paced environment.</p> <p>This role offers meaningful transactional exposure, close mentorship, and long term growth potential. If this interests you, please forward your resume to Carly.Barbato@LHH.com</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Draft and review residential and commercial real estate documents</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with due diligence, including title, survey, and zoning review</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with title companies, lenders, brokers, and clients</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare closing documents and support closings from start to finish</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate with clients regarding the closing process</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Active Illinois Bar license in good standing</p> </li><li> <p>One or more years of residential and/or commercial real estate experience</p> </li><li> <p>Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat (Practice Panther a plus)</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple matters in a deadline driven environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
