<p>KI is seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing and optimizing KI's Human Capital Management/HRIS system. This position will serve as the subject matter expert and technical analyst for our Dayforce system, collaborating with stakeholders to support corporate initiatives and improve effectiveness and efficiency.</p> <p>The position will include conducting system testing, implementing solutions, and ensuring ongoing maintenance and data integrity.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>System Management: Configure, maintain, and support HCM system; ensure data integrity and user access </li><li>Project Leadership: Drive improvements through testing, documentation, training, and upgrades </li><li>Process Optimization: Streamline workflows and enhance system usability and efficiency </li><li>Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business needs into system configurations and solutions </li><li>Training & Support: Educate users and resolve issues via vendor coordination and escalation </li><li>Integration & Reporting: Support system integrations; develop reports and queries for analysis </li><li>Data Governance: Audit data quality and enforce protection measures </li><li>Vendor Relations: Manage SLAs and engage with vendor community for best practices </li><li>Documentation: Maintain project plans, communications, and user guides </li></ul> <p>Experience & Education:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years in HRIS; Ceridian Dayforce preferred </li><li>Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent HRIS experience </li><li>Relevant certifications and training preferred </li></ul> <p>Skills Required:</p> <ul> <li>HR and database knowledge </li><li>Excel and data analysis expertise </li><li>Project management and communication </li><li>Confidentiality and integrity </li><li>Technical support and staff training </li><li>Organization, time management, and self-direction </li></ul> <p>KI takes pride in being 100% employee owned.
