<p>The Westover Companies is a family-owned and operated property management company. We are located in King of Prussia and have operated for over fifty years with the purpose of providing quality living, shopping and working space for residents and customers.</p> <p>The Project Manager will report to the main office in King of Prussia, while covering Delaware county and our Southeast PA locations. Working under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Operations Management.</p> <p>$1000 SIGN ON BONUS</p> <p>Our Comprehensive Benefits Package includes:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Vision and Dental insurance - Free of cost to the Employee only (Family plans are available) </li><li>Life/AD&D Insurance- Free of cost to the employee only </li><li>Long and Short Term Disability - Free of cost to the Employee only </li><li>Paid vacation, sick/personal and holidays </li><li>401(k) Employer Match, automatic enrollment </li><li>20% Discount on an apartment at any one of our properties after first 90 days of employment </li><li>Free access to pool and fitness center at any of our properties </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Create a scope of work and a Budget for the project </li><li>Bid upcoming projects from the capital improvement list as they're given to you </li><li>Award projects once proposals have been reviewed by Supervisor and contract has been signed </li><li>Inspect and monitor projects to ensure that the scope of work is being followed </li><li>Ensure that a high level of quality control is being followed on every project </li><li>At completion of project create punch lists, or during the project if the project is longer in duration </li><li>Take Pictures of jobs for project file </li><li>Make sure punch lists are completed </li><li>Sign off on projects upon completion </li><li>Work with property managers, maintenance staff and regional managers on project coordination </li><li>Inspect properties for potential liability or problems and report back to Supervisor </li><li>Create lists of work that needs to be completed at each property and will be prioritized for completion and given to the Special Projects Crew. If the job is to big or needs a contractor the job will be bid out. </li><li>Keep projects on budget and on time. Change Orders must be signed off on in the case of time sensitive situation a verbal approval can be made. Verbal change orders will be followed up with a signed change order </li><li>Complete Weekly Status Reports and send every Tuesday morning to Supervisor </li><li>Annual property inspections will take place every May into July </li><li>When requested, find new qualified contractors. </li><li>Verifying contractor's insurance is up to date before commencement of job </li><li>Assist in any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor </li><li>Attend continuing education courses when required </li></ul>
