Join a winning team today at del Lago Resort & Casino</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>Responsible for delivering food and beverage to rooms requesting service.</p> <p>GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES</p> <p>The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this class and are not all- inclusive.</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for transporting food and beverage to rooms, lays out and presents guests orders based on company policy of food handling </li><li>Ensures guest satisfaction with quality and presentation of food </li><li>Knowledge of food and wine presentation </li><li>Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner </li><li>Responsible for following up with guests to ensure guest satisfaction </li><li>Knowledge of ticketing and cash handling </li><li>Reconciles guest receipts including signing for billing to guest room, direct payment in cash or any other agreed form of payment </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS</p> <p>Must have ability to:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, reach and stretch </li><li>Ability to perform moderate lifting of at least 25 lbs. </li><li>Communicate effectively with all levels of Team Members, guests, and outside contacts </li><li>Work effectively in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Move around all work areas effectively and efficiently </li><li>Work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays </li><li>Extended time on your feet </li></ul> <p>JOB QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one year of similar work experience.
