<p>Forma Gym is looking for passionate, experienced and service driven Front Desk Associate to join our Front Desk Team.</p> <p>Hours: 4:30am - 10:15am, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday & Sundays 5:30am - 11:15am</p> <p>Total average of 16-20 hours a week with the opportunity to pick up more hours in the future.</p> <p>As a team member of Forma Gym, you will receive:</p> <ul> <li>Complimentary club membership </li><li>Discounted membership for family members </li><li>Free on-site child care (limited hours) </li><li>Discounts on services and products </li><li>Hourly wage of $16.90/hr with a review with a possibility of a pay raise after probation period of 90 days is completed. </li></ul> <p>Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Running our Cryotherapy chamber (will train you) </li><li>Communicate and practice exceptional customer service and hospitality standards. </li><li>Practice a clean and safe environment for staff and members. </li><li>Greeting and assisting members. </li><li>Cashier operations. </li><li>Answering phones. </li><li>Ensure that the club and exercise equipment are clean and well maintained while providing all members, prospective members, and guests with excellent customer service </li><li>Assist with special events </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must have minimum one year of customer service experience. </li><li>Must possess, or acquire upon hiring, valid CPR certification. </li><li>Must have excellent communication skills, positive energy, and time management skill. </li><li>Must be available the required hours. </li></ul>
