<p>We are seeking a skilled and accomplished individual with strong consulting skills to lead, mentor and grow our implementation team, while overseeing the successful onboarding of customers to our retail-focused SaaS solutions. This customer-facing role will manage the entire onboarding process while leading a team of project managers and consultants to ensure high performance and successful outcomes.</p> <p>As the primary point of accountability for onboarding delivery, you will ensure alignment with customer and company objectives, while fostering strong relationships with both internal and external executive stakeholders. This role is critical in driving the successful deployment of our solutions, ensuring timely execution, making a meaningful impact, and aligning with company objectives and customer needs.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Inspire and mentor team members, holding them accountable, supporting their growth, and driving a culture of excellence to ensure high performance and successful project delivery. </li><li>Uplevel consulting skillsets both for the implementation team, as well as other customer-facing professional services team members. </li><li>Oversee the entire lifecycle of customer implementations, from strategic planning, application configuration, testing and training, through rollout and post-live support, ensuring smooth transitions and high-quality delivery throughout the entire process. </li><li>Lead prescriptive conversations with customers, asking the right questions to understand their strategic goals, and guide the team in delivering solutions that align with those objectives. </li><li>Improve internal processes and delivery methods to help customers gain value faster, while maintaining high quality, consistency, and ensuring project standards are met consistently. </li><li>Establish governance, and lead the team to drive timeline, budget, and scope within expectations. </li><li>Provide clear communication and reporting both internally and externally to ensure alignment. </li><li>Lead risk management and escalation resolution efforts, and proactively guide team members through the process. </li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and executives to build the rapport of being the coveted trusted advisor. </li><li>Work cross-functionally as part of the management team to build meaningful relationships, support company OKRs, help clear blockers and advance internal efficiencies. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business, or related field required. </li><li>8+ years of experience leading enterprise complex, large-scale implementations in a client-facing capacity within the SaaS space. </li><li>Highly driven and proactive, consistently taking initiative to identify opportunities, drive projects forward, and ensure successful outcomes. </li><li>Strong communication and relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage executive-level stakeholders and align diverse perspectives. </li><li>Experience leading and inspiring teams. Skilled in creating alignment and driving accountability. </li><li>Resourceful, adaptable, skilled at navigating diverse perspectives, and strong intellectual curiosity. </li><li>Demonstrated expertise in performance management, goal setting, identifying performance issues promptly, and proactively addressing any challenges to ensure consistent achievement of objectives and high-quality results. </li></ul>
